We spent my mom's 50th Birthday here just this Sunday, October 29 around 1pm and my expectations were met so far. The setup of the place is nice, cool band, accommodating staffs, clean restrooms, and how could I forget the foods? Elmina's chicken special is truly a must-try because it's like Max's chicken. We also loved their crispy pata and buttered oysters. Mom wanted to try their pancit and we were all impressed with the proportion of the veggies and meats (squid balls and kikiam) in it plus how delish it is. We also loved their pork sisig and sinigang na bangus in palayok. We even tried their cheesecake (while we were waiting for our orders) which is satisfying. And oh, we had a pitcher of lemonade and iced tea which I can say is enough for us 6 people. Everything we ordered is delish except for the beef with ampalaya which is a so-so. I would highly recommend this to my friends and I honestly wanna be here again.
Ciudad Elmina Restaurant is the only great restaurant in Dagupan City and it is a place conducive for relaxing while eating their delicious food with a taste of wholeheartedly cooked by their chefs. All the service crews are very accommodating and I also noticed in particular that they are all respectful and gentle, especially to the Senior Citizens and Persons With Disability, like me. They are all well trained and polite. Definitely will find time to come back. Thanks Ciudad Elmina for such great experience!
The place is so nice & good food....i'm surely i will be back in this place...thank you. More power.
